I help high-achieving students who feel like they’re falling apart under pressure – especially those facing standardized exams like the MCAT, LSAT, or board exams. These are students who have always done well, but suddenly find themselves paralyzed by panic, self-doubt, and perfectionism. They might be thinking, “What’s wrong with me? I’ve studied so hard, but I can’t even think straight when the test begins.”
I have been there, so I know what this feels like.
My goal is to help students understand that this isn’t a character flaw – it’s anxiety, and it’s treatable. I work with clients to untangle the shame, build confidence, and develop sustainable strategies to perform well without burning out. Whether you’re prepping for your first test or trying again after a disappointing score or failure, I help you reclaim your calm, rebuild your identity as a capable test-taker, and move forward with your academic and personal goals.

More About Me
Life is full—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When I’m not seeing patients in my clinical practice (where I prescribe medication and provide psychotherapy), I’m soaking up the beautiful chaos of raising two young children. There’s a lot of joy in the day-to-day moments: meal time negotiations, spontaneous dance parties, and bedtime books that inspire curiosity.
I also tend lovingly to my ever-growing collection of houseplants, sneak away for the occasional comedy or music show, and find peace wandering the paths of our local botanic garden. My faith and justice-centered community also plays a big role in keeping me grounded and inspired.
